Booking and cancellation terms and conditions
Guarantee: Every reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit via bank transfer or credit card. The deposit must be equal to 30% of the total stay.
Changes: Management reserves the right to accept or reject reservation changes based on availability and the minimum stay requirement.
Cancellations:
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be converted into a holiday voucher to be used by September 2026, or refunded less a €50 handling fee.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
From 14 to 4 days before arrival, a 50% balance is required.
From 3 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, a 100% balance is required.
Cancellations will only be considered valid if communicated by fax or email and reconfirmed by the hotel.
In any case, please contact Management, who will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Payment methods: The following payment methods are accepted: cash up to €5,000, debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancoposta), and bank transfer (advance payments).
Insurance: We recommend purchasing Allianz Assicurazione travel insurance (available on our website) when you pay your deposit, which protects you in the event of late cancellation.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: by 12:00 pm;
(on arrival day, rooms will be available in the morning by 12:30 pm) - Check-out: by 9:00 am
(on departure day, rooms must be vacated by 9:00 am) - Upon request, depending on availability, it is possible to extend the check-out of the room for a fee of € 35.00.
